TD Bank
Ocean County College partners with TD Bank to serve employees pursuing career-related education through TD Bank’s tuition reimbursement program. Ocean County College offers guidance on all steps of the enrollment process.
Embrella
Ocean County College has partnered with the nonprofit organization, Embrella, to make higher education more accessible to individuals who have experience in the New Jersey child welfare system.
Tuition Reimbursement and Referral Programs
Ocean County College partners with a wide range of companies and organizations to support employees through tuition reimbursement and referral programs. We assist students in navigating these opportunities, from understanding program benefits, accessing financial aid and scholarships, and more. if you don’t see your program listed, that doesn’t mean we can’t work together—we’re always open to new partnerships and helping students explore their options.
In association with the New Jersey Council for Community Colleges, Ocean County College has partnered with RWJ Barnabas Health to assist referred students with the financial aid process and explore eligibility for the Community College Opportunity Grant (CCOG).
RWJ Barnabas Health also offers tuition reimbursement opportunities to eligible employees.
Edcor is a tuition benefits management company that is utilized by a network of employers nationwide. Ocean County College is a preferred provider in the Edcor network.
Edcor students and their families benefit from a discounted tuition rate of 10% in Distance Learning courses. To receive the discount, students must identify as Edcor through their employer’s Edcor system. The Edcor tuition discount verification is valid for one semester. Students need to reidentify each semester to verify they are still employed by an Edcor partner.
Some employers within the Edcor system offer a direct-pay tuition payment program. Student’s utilizing this program should identify as Edcor through their employer’s Edcor system and provide the College with the necessary voucher.

Ed Assist is an employer tuition benefits management company that is owned and operated by Bright Horizons. While not a part of the Ed Assist network, students can still utilize their benefits here at Ocean County College!
Ed Assist offers both tuition reimbursement and direct pay programs. The program offered is dependent upon the employer. Students utilizing these benefits must provide Ocean County College with a dual-branded Letter of Credit from Ed Assist each semester that they will be using the benefits.
Ocean County College works with AtlantiCare employees utilizing the Education Investment Tuition Program, which is a direct-pay opportunity for their employees.
Students pursuing careers that are deemed to be in-demand by AtlantiCare must submit their schedule, program details, and bill to their employer for approval. Once approved, students must provide 365球赛平台 with a signed letter of intent from AtlantiCare that signifies the direct-payment of the student’s tuition.
Ocean County College and the New Jersey Judiciary – Ocean County Probation Division, have partnered to help in finding long-term and sustainable pathways to employment.
